Any individual who is resident and who's total income does not exceed 50 lakhs and who has income under following heads :-

Income from salary / pension
Income from one house property
Income from other sources

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS RETURN FORM?

-director of a company
-holding unlisted equity shares of a company at any time during the year
-having any assets located outside india
-signing authority in a account outside india
-Income from any source outside india
