Incorporation of LLP
Basic Steps to Incorporate an LLP:-
- Acquire/ Register DSC:-
First step is to have DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) for persons interested to be a partner in LLP. This can be done through applying FORM from any agency providing DSC.
- Application for DIN or DPIN:-
Before going ahead for incorporation person who wants to incorporate LLP needs to have DIN (Director Identification Number) or DPIN (Designated Partner Identification Number. This can be applied in two ways:-
- By FORM DIR-3
- By FORM FILIP (Incorporation form for LLP)
- New User Registration:-
If you are making incorporation by using help of any professional then he/she have user login ID Password for MCA to upload forms. But in case you are doing by self then you have to get registered on MCA for uploading FORMS and further works.
- Incorporate LLP :-
Now after all above process the turn comes for incorporation. This can be done in following two steps:-
- FORM 1 (Reservation of Name for LLP)
- FORM 2 ( Replaced By FORM FILIP)
One can also apply Name for LLP using form FILIP as well. After this upload the forms using registered login ID and Password and do wait for the approval of the same.
- LLP Agreement:-
After Incorporation Certificate received, the user needs to apply for LLP Agreement made between partners within 30 Days from date of COI (Certificate of Incorporation) in FORM 3.
